Quasar India Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of the Board of Directors of Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30. 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. Trading window shall remain closed from November 09, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days Inclusive) i.e. 48 hours after the publication of Financial Results and shall Re-open for trading on November 14, 2016. Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees of the Company and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from November 09, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (Both days inclusive).
