Mayur Leather Products Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on November 14, 2016, inter-alia: 1. To Consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the. SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 (the Code) trading window for dealing in shares of the company, for person specified under the code shall remain closed from November 06, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall be re-opened on November 17, 2016. All the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
