Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors will meet on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Second quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, as per the provisions of Regulation 9 and Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in respect of Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares and for the aforesaid purpose the “Trading Window” of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 13, 2016 and will open on November 14, 2016 for insiders accordingly.
