With reference to the earlier letter dated November 02, 2016, Power Finance Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation earlier scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016 shall now be held on November 09, 2016 (Q2) Further the Company has informed that, there is no change in period of closure of trading window.
