Scandent Imaging Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider the following; - To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed from November 04, 2016 till November 13, 2016 (Both day inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 hours after announcement of the financial result of the Company to Stock Exchange.
