Howard Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company has scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Circulars issued by the Stock exchange(s) and as per the Companys code of Conduct framed under the Securities exchange Board of India (prohibition of Insider trading) regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 03, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall re-open on November 15, 2016.
