Universal Autofoundry Ltd has informed BSE that un-audited financial results of the Company for half-year ended on September 30, 2016 shall be considered, approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board. Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from November 08, 2016 upto November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of Universal Autofoundry Limited. During the closure of Trading Window, Directors / Officers / Designated Employees / Connected persons/Designated persons and their immediate relative shave been advised not to deal in the shares of Universal Autofoundry Limited.
