Cosco India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to take up the following agenda item : - To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 . Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by Company Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the Companys Shares will remain closed for all specified persons of the Company on and from November 04, 2016 till November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall re-open on November 17, 2016.
