Halder Venture Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia : 1. To approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016. 2. As per the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close from November 04, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the company to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Company’s Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window.
