Corporation Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider amongst others, the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank for the second quarter / half year ended on September 30, 2016 (Q2). In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Bank’s shares shall remain closed from November 09, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all designated employees, Directors and Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank etc.
