Golden Goenka Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half yearly ended September 30, 2016. Further, the Trading Window of the Company will remain close from November 07, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading.
