Athena Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Director of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited financial result for the Half Year ended September 30, 2016. Pursuant to this the company has decided that the close period (i.e. Closure of Trading Window) for the Insiders would commence from 9:00 A.M. on November 07, 2016 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 14, 2016.
