Jeet Machine Tools Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from November 05, 2016 till forty-eight hours after the information becomes generally available in terms with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, with respect to the Board Meeting to be convened on November 11, 2016. Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
