Navketan Merchants Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, and designated personnel of the Company from November 06, 2016 till November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
