Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and review the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further in compliance with Everest Kanto Cylinder Limiteds Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from the close of the business hours on November 04, 2016 till the close of the business hours on November 16, 2016 on account of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider, the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016.
