Samruddhi Realty Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2016. Further pursuant to the Companys code of conduct for prevention of insider trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed upto November 16, 2016 for all the Directors and Designated Employees.
