Syschem India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors/Officers/Designated Persons of the Company.
