Sujana Metal Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) as notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India vide notification dated February 16, 2015, are applicable to the Company. Pursuant to the SEBI circular dated July 05, 2016, the Company will submit the Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 on or before December 14, 2016.
