Birla Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2016. Further the Company confirms that as per Clause 8 of the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from November 15, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on November 22, 2016.
