Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended September 30, 2016 alongwith Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half-year ended on that date. Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" framed by the Company, the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code shall be closed from November 15, 2016 to November 25, 2016 (both days inclusive).
