Solar Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading formulated, basis the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the provisions of Section 195 of the Companies Act, 2013, Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) would commence from November 15, 2016 to November 25, 2016 (both the days inclusive).
