J. Tower (Bse Bldg.), Fort, Mumbai-400001, inter-alia to discuss and approve among other items, the Unaudited Standalone financial results for quarter/ nine months ended December 31, 2018. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct of Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from February 08, 2019 to February 16, 2019 (both days inclusive).
