Asian Hotels (North) Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Year ended 31st March, 2019 and also to address the issue pertaining to dividend for the said year. This may be taken as notice pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
