Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) (as amended from time to time), we hereby inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors (Board) of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2019 has, inter alia, approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2019. In this regard, please find enclosed herewith the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2019 along with the Report of the Statutory Auditors and a declaration regarding Audit Report with unmodified opinion. Further, pursuant to Regulation 52 (5) of the Listing Regulations, also find enclosed certificate issued by the Debenture Trustees. Kindly take the same on record.
