This is to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held earlier today at 03.30 P.M. and concluded at 5.30 P.M. The outcome of the Board meeting, inter alia, is as under: 1. Approval of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018: The Board considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. A copy of same is enclosed. 2. Audit Report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018: The Board considered and approved the Audit report prepared by M/s. JBRK & Co., Hyderabad, Statutory Auditors of the company, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018. A copy of same along with the clarification of the company as the Annexure I i.e., Statement on Impact of Audit Qualification (for audit report with modified opinion) submitted along with Annual Audited Financial Results are enclosed herewith.
