We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. May 18, 2018 has inter alia among other things approved the following: 1. Audited Financial Results/Statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. MOS & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, the statutory Auditors of the Company have issued auditors reports with modified opinion on the financial statements. The Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications is attached herewith. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m (IST) and concluded at 03:35 p.m. (IST). A copy of the said results together with the Auditors Report is enclosed herewith.
