The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today (24/05/2018) has: 1. Approved the Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018. We are attaching herewith a copy of the approved result along with the Auditors Report. Form A has also been attached. 2. Recommended Final Dividend ofRs.2.50 per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs.10 each, for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2018.
