This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 30 May 2018, inter alia, has approved Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2018 of the Company. Further, Mr. Keyur Doshi, member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1 June 2018.
