Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110 005. We are also enclosing a copy of the Auditors Report on Audited Financial Results for the Fourth quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018 submitted by Statutory Auditor of the Company, as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with the Declaration confirming issuance of Audit Reports with Unmodified Opinion.
