In terms of Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018 were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today at 2.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.30 p.m. Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Regulations, we enclose the following: a) The Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018; and b) Audit Reports for Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. Further, we declare that the Reports of Auditors are with unmodified opinion with respect to the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018.
