In terms of the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. 03.05.2018 considered and approved Audited Financial Results (Standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended on 31.03.2018. A copy of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended on 31.03.2018, the Auditor Reports and a declaration in respect of Unmodified opinion on the Audited financial results is attached.
