This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on Tuesday, 29th May, 2018 (Timings: Meeting commenced at 03.30 p.m. and concluded at 05.00 p.m.), have inter-alia considered and approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and also recommended final dividend. A copy of the Results alongwith the Report of the Auditors of the Company, with unmodified opinion, thereon and a declaration to that effect is enclosed herewith.
