Bajaj Auto Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on May 17, 2019, inter alia, to consider, inter alia, the audited financial results for the year ended on March 31, 2019 and recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the said year. The Company will submit the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2019, immediately after the Board Meeting on May 17, 2019, i.e. within a period of sixty days from the end of the financial year. As informed earlier vide letter dated April 03, 2019, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from April 03, 2019 to May 19, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the designated persons of the Company.
