Pursuant to provisions of section 110 of Companies Act 2013 read with Companies management and administration rules 2014, the Company had conducted the postal ballot for seeking consent of shareholders to transact the businesses as specified in the postal ballot dated 10th February 2019 and the results have been declared on 18th March 2019. All the resolutions have been passed by requisite majority.
