BANSISONS TEA INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir, Sub:- Intimation of Board Meeting Scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14th May, 2019 With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to regulation 29, read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we inform to you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14th May, 2019 at the registered Office of the Company, inter alia to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March, 2019 and to consider the other matter, if any. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from 07th May, 2018 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results, i.e. 16th May, 2019.
