Further to our letter dated November 05, 2018 and Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on 14th November, 2018, had considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Second Quarter & Half Year ended 30th September, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the following: 1. Unaudited Standalone Financial results for the Quarter & Half year ended 30th September, 2018. 2. Limited Review Report in respect of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter & Half year ended 30th September, 2018.
