We refer to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 30th May, 2019, have considered, approved and taken on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019. A copy of Audited Financial Results of the company along with the Audit Report and Declaration is enclosed herewith.
