BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 9th August, 2019, interalia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of BHEL for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. Accordingly, Trading Window for Designated Persons shall remain closed upto 11th August, 2019.
