Bharat Wire Ropes Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby inform you that the 102nd Meeting of the Board of Directors of Bharat Wire Ropes Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 12:30 P.M., inter alia, a) To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. b) To consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the closure of Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall commence on Friday, May 17, 2019 to Monday, May 27, 2019 (both days inclusive). The same has been circulated to the Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
