Chemfab Alkalis Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 21, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for promoters, directors, designated employees of the Company and other connected persons from January 13, 2017 to January 23, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the above stated matter.
