Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to take on record and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone as well as Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further, the Trading Window under the Companys "Code of Conduct For Prohibition of Insider Trading (A Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders)" (Code) shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined in the Code with immediate effect from January 12, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive).
