Nitin Alloys Global Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from January 28, 2017, till the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2016 and 48 hours thereafter for all the employees / directors of the Company in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992. Further, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 & any other issue with the permission of the chair.
