KLRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2017, inter alia, to consider among other matters and to take on record the Companys unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 In terms of Code of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 of the Company, Trading Window for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company (including their immediate relatives) from January 17, 2017 to January 29, 2017 (both days inclusive).
