SML Isuzu Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Employees and other connected persons”, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from January 20, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (Monday) (both days inclusive). During the closure of Trading Window, dealing in Equity shares of the Company for all the Designated Persons (including his / her immediate relatives) of the Company is prohibited.
