KSE Ltd has informed BSE that the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 will be taken on record in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on February 14, 2017. In terms of the Companys "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares stand closed from February 06, 2017 and shall re-open on February 17, 2017. The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
