Grindwell Norton Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the financial year 2016-17 of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 01, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Under the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities, viz. Equity Shares, will remain closed for all specified persons of the Company from January 17, 2017 till the expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 are made public.
