USG Tech Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the following business(s): - The Unaudited results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, for the aforesaid purpose and Pursuant to the "USG Tech Solutions Limited- Code of Conduct to Regulate. Monitor and Report trading in Securities and fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 24, 2017 to January 30, 2017.
