Evergreen Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been called on January 31, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited review report for the Quarter/half year ended December 31, 2016. The “Trading Window” for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with January 24, 2017 till February 02, 2017. Accordingly, the Trading Window will reopen on February 03, 2017.
