Shivkamal Impex Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is proposed to be held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, in terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and other Designated Persons of the Company on and from February 01, 2017 till the expiry of forty-eight hours from the time of announcement made to the stock exchange. Accordingly, all designated employees of the Company and connected persons have been informed not to trade in the Company’s shares during the aforementioned period.
