Aarti Drugs Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results and Accounts for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) of the Company from February 01, 2017 to February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive).
